The presentation itself is the goal you have been working toward. By now you should know the material extremely well and have several ideas about how to deliver it. The decisions you make about the presentation should relate to the purpose, the audience, and your own personality.
This is a labor of love. You are creating something that will help others, if you have done your work. Delivering the message of the Bible changes lives. This is a service that you perform for others–a gift to the people in the audience.
You have taken a raw diamond, cleaned and cut it, and mounted it into a precious piece of jewelry. You have taken a lamb, butchered it, and prepared a magnificent meal for those hearing you. The presentation is for THEM, not you.
This presentation is humbly given in love, hoping to make a difference through the clear presentation of the message of this text.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”grey” align=”align_center” style=”” border_width=”” el_width=””][vc_single_image image=”355″ style=”vc_box_rounded” border_color=”grey” img_link_large=”” img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”medium”][vc_separator color=”grey” align=”align_center” style=”” border_width=”” el_width=””][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”” parallax=”” parallax_image=””][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]

Here are the tools James revealed. Use these to build a happy, healthy life. They are found in James 1:1-11.
- Recognize the value of your trial.
- Determine from the start that you will endure your trial to the end.
- Seek wisdom.
- Rejoice in the right things.
Recognize the value of your trial.
Every trial has the potential to be a building block for you. If you recognize the opportunity you have, you are much more likely to be able to use it to your advantage.
Determine to endure to the end.
This is a decision we must make from the beginning of any trial we face. We humans are experts at finding distractions and running from problems. If you want to have a happy life, learn to face your trials head on instead of blaming others or finding excuses to avoid them.
Some of us don’t like to ask for help. We’re told that the answers lie within us, but that’s not true when it comes to happiness. If you are facing trials, ask for help from those wiser, and especially ask God for that wisdom you need. Just don’t be surprised if that wisdom comes in unexpected ways.
Rejoice in the right things.
We become what we value the most. We act like our heroes. Don’t miss the importance of this tool! Remember what is important in life, and be sure to think about the ETERNAL aspect, not just the temporal.
With these four tools, you can build a magnificant life. You will have all you need to create a plan of action and get the most from your trials.
Listen to the episode and learn more about these tools and how to use them in your life.
